  • Enough space FREE OF ANIMAL WASTE for us to setup your rental. If the delivery team determines there is animal waste in the area it will prevent your delivery (No Refund will be issued due to Animal waste).

  • 🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Jacksonville and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at check out). Deliveries are from 6:00am-1200pm and pick up from 6:00pm-9:00pm (Daylight saving pick up from 4:30pm-6:30pm). If you require time outside the normal delivery and pick up time additional cost may be applied. If you need more time, please click the overnight button - it may get picked up early the following morning if it is required for another rental that day.

  • ⛈ RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24-hour notice is given or receive a gift card to be used within 1 year.  
  • 🧑👧 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufactures recommend.
